Due to growth, they are seeking a highly motivated and skilled commercial broking manager, to cover Cardiff or Swansea. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiringnew business from the firms existing client network as well as generating your own introductions from a range of introducers. Your primary focus will be on transitioning prospects into clients and managing their funding facilities to ensure smooth operations.Additionally, you will act as a mediator on behalf of clients with lenders when necessary and seek alternative funding solutions if required.Responsibilities:* Acquire new business from existing contacts within your designated area and generate introductions from various sources.* Manage the transition of prospects into clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.* Oversee and manage existing clients funding facilities, mediating with funders when required.* Secure alternative funding solutions if a client terminates a facility, acting on their behalf.* Clearly explain available funding options to management and justify the selection of specific funders.* Present to internal Partners, and at networking events, and seminars to enhance the company brand.* Provide input to the Directors regarding the future direction and growth of the Company.* Act as a liaison between prospects and funders to ensure smooth transactions within appropriate timelines.* Keep up to date with funding solutions available in the market and the ability to identify the most suitable options.* Collate client information and packaging it for lenders.* Report on funding options in the marketplace.* Proven ability to achieve sales targets within agreed time frames.* Ensure that all necessary agreements are in place for each transaction.* Present suitable solutions to prospects and effectively communicate the benefits of each option.A suitable candidate will have the ability to quickly understand prospects businesses and funding needs to ensure appropriate utilisation of lenders. You will also have strong sales negotiation, interpersonal, and written and verbal skills, and be able touse presentation material for both internal and external use. You will have a proven track record within this space.
