Caretaker Parklands SwanseaThe OpportunityYolk has partnered with a large housing association to support them in finding a Caretaker on a part time 3 hours 3 days a week basisThe post-holderwillhaveresponsibilityforoneblockofapartmentswith 25homes.Timewill bespentinthe office,inresidentshomes,with themajorityoftimespentoutsideandinthecommunalareasoftheapartmentbuildingsandhouses.What youll be doing as a Caretaker

  • Toberesponsibleforthecareandupkeepoftheapartmentsandcommunalareas.Toprovideanexcellentcustomerservice toresidents.
  • Ensurethecommunalareasarekeptwellmaintainedandingoodconditionbycarryingoutremedialactionorreferringissuestorelevantstafforcontractors.
  • Carryoutsmallrepairsandhandymanjobsincommunalareasandinpropertiesasagreedbytherelevantmaintenanceteam.
