Business Change Project ManagerAre you an experienced Business Change Project Manager to support a leading professional services firm in South WalesOpportunity for you support the business in the delivery of change initiatives required to achieve their strategic objectives. Identify, plan and co-ordinate the planning and deployment of resources across the business to successfully achieve the delivery of their projects. Working as a business partner and key liaison to business areas to ensure appropriate engagement and the successful delivery and implementation of initiatives.Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: - Working with project sponsors and stakeholders to ensure an appropriate definition of project goals, deliverables and acceptance criteria- Creating detailed project plans and definitions, including budgets, business cases, resource and benefit realisation plans- Ensuring projects have valid business cases throughout the project lifecycle and co-ordinate business case updates with stakeholders- Creating and delivering project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements- Identifying resources and assign responsibilities- Overseeing and controlling the delivery of project activity across the businessYou’ll likely have the following skills: - You will have proven experience of project planning and management, ideally with a formal project management qualification. You will experience of project governance and control and Risk and Issue management.- You’ll have experience of managing IT implementation projects, preferably combining third party and internal suppliers/staff.What they would love to see: - An Insurance or financial services background- An understanding of basic financial models and P/L; financial forecasting and budgeting- Experience of leading and innovating problem analysis and resolutionImportant: - 12 month fixed term contract – access to the full permanent benefits- 50% WFH post covidInterview process: Due to the urgency of the requirement my client will conduct the interview process via video conference.
