Job Description

Job Role: Customer Service Consultant (full time, permanent, home based)Location: Swansea and surrounding areaSalary: £17,900 (with potential to move to £19,900 after 12 months in role)Closing date: OngoingWere looking for people who are as passionate as we are about providing a brilliant experience to customers.At TSB were here to make banking better for everybody by helping people be confident in managing their money - we call this Money Confidence.As a Customer Service Consultant in our telephone-based Contract Centre team youll spend your time helping people when they call the bank. Youll be there to find out exactly what our customers need are by listening and building relationships.Youll live in Swansea and the surrounding area, be able to travel to our Swansea office for induction training and on an ad-hoc basis, spending most of your time working remotely.If working remotely is new to you, dont worry, well give you the support and equipment you need to get step up, including a company laptop. In return we ask that you have a suitable environment to work that allows you to focus on our customers without distraction.Well pay you £17,900 from day one, with the potential to increase to £19,900 after 12 months when youre able to help more customers in more ways. Other benefits include an annual award based on company performance (10% on target), an extra 4% of your salary to spend on flexible benefits each year, a company pension scheme and 22 days holidays (plus bank holidays).Well need you answering calls when our customers need us, youll work 35 hours per week between 8am and 8pm Monday to Sunday. Your shifts may vary week on week, well ensure you know your shift pattern at least 4 weeks in advance.
