REED are working exclusively with a growing organisation near Swaffham, recruiting for the position of Customer Account Sales Representative.Permanent full time position working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with half an hour lunch.The main purpose of the role is to nurture relationships for existing Business Customer Accounts, proactively contacting customers to book in service calls/meetings, with the aim of upselling additional services and retaining customers, providing the highest levels of Client Care.You will be targeted to book a diary of 20 appointments per week, conducting the customer service call appointments and identifying additional opportunities, promoting the companies services.I am looking for candidates who are very driven and comfortable on the phone, who are target orientated and hungry to deliver results. You will have excellent customer service skills, rapport building, and ability to negotiate, handle objections and influence sales.You will have existing sales experience however training will be provided.Salary of £18,000 - £22,000 .. plus bonus of around £200-£300 per month (performance based).20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.Friendly and professional working environmentOpportunity to developPlease apply online if you are interested, ensuring your CV is up-to-date.
