REED are working exclusively in partnership with a growing organisation near Swaffham, recruiting for the position of Internal Sales Executive.Permanent, full time role, working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly self-motivated, results-driven and enthusiastic, with strong customer service skills, ability to use initiative, build relationships, and sell in services.You will be proactively developing new business relationships via outbound sales activity, utilising both telephone, email and Virtual Meetings to introduce the company to new business customers, promote the services available and secure new business partnerships.Full training will be provided with an Internal Sales Training Academy, with continual support, coaching and development to help you to succeed.The company is naturally growing so you will have opportunities for progression and career development within the organisation.Personality is key in this company, if you dont already have outbound sales experience but are goal-orientated with a strong work ethic and great on the phone, with the confidence to handle objections and use influencing skills, then you are still encouraged to apply.You must be comfortable working to targets, have perseverance, a positive can-do attitude and enjoy a challenge.In return you will receive a salary between £18,000 - £22,000 dependant on experience, with an uncapped commission structure.Realistic first year on target earnings of £35,000 .. and more than £50,000 in year 2.On-site parking available.20 days annual leave plus Bank HolidaysProgression and development opportunitiesBonus and IncentivesPlease apply online asap if youre interested and meet the above criteria.
