Key responsibilities of aEstate Agent /Lettings NegotiatorThe main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree lets & progress let’s through to exchange and completion.Skills and experience required to be a successfulEstate Agent /TraineeLettings Negotiator
  • Preferably an experiencedsalesperson
  • Able togenerate new businessin atarget drivenenvironment
  • Outstandingcustomer care/customer serviceexperience
  • Resilient,positive,organised,numerateanddetail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communicationskills
  • IT literate(MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • AFull UK driving licenceand access to your own vehicle
