SalesAdministratorMitchamMonday Friday08.30am-5.30pmA successful design-led home & giftware company seeks a bright, hardworking Sales Administrator to join their fun but focussed team.This company supplies its ranges to hundreds of retailers from national chains sent shop. This is a brand new position so you will have a real opportunity to make it your own.If you are right for this fantastic role then youll be a proactive thinker, have excellent attention to detail, and will go the extra mile for the greater good of the company. Youll have a positive attitude, high levels of self-motivation, and be keento progress within this cool, design-led industry.A typical day in this varied role will involve: Providing excellent service to our trade and consumer customers. Both written and verbally. Attending a number of gift trade shows to promote the companys products to the retail Buyers. Entering sales orders on to the system and processing any consumer orders that come. Completing supplier forms and updating customer data basis Arranging for samples/Catalogues to be dispatched. Answering any customer enquires in a professional manner. Completing general administrative duties on behalf of the sales team. Issuing credits/returns for both consumer and trade customersYou will have: 1+ year of administration experience 1+ year of experience within a retail or wholesale function would be ideal but not essential. A can-do attitude with an understanding of the importance of excellent customer service. Impeccable organisation and communication skills. Confidence in using MS Office. A genuine interest in the retail industry. Excellent English.
