Residential New Build Sales Associate - Retirement LivingSouth Sutton OTE £50,000 +PermanentExciting opportunity to join a UK leader in the residential property sector as a Senior Sales Associate for their retirement living brand. Leading sales for a key South London development, you will be responsible for the successful running of this site, ensuring sales targets are met and customer service levels are second to none.Your working week will be varied and busy and you will be the face of the development and the point of contact for all enquiries. The site you will be based on is close to launch and has over 80 stylish and excellently finished apartments, within a tailor made retirement development. On a day to day basis, some of the key aspects of your role will include:*Proactively leading and taking accountability of the performance and development of new property sales*Providing a first class customer experience, delivering excellent customer service from the first enquiry right through to completion, acting as a personal advisor to all potential customers *Liaising with Estate Agents, Solicitors, removal companies and other professional bodies to make sure the customer journey is progressing smoothly*Managing enquires through telephone, walk-ins and website and arranging visits for potential customers ensuring accuracy in appointments*Ensuring all leads are dealt with correctly and data is effectively collected and recorded using on-site CRM system*Assisting in resolving any property conveyance and property chain issues, empathising with customers and their families, providing the highest level of patience and understanding at all timesTo be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following experience (and this should also give you a helpful overview of what we will be reviewing CVs on):*You must have experience selling residential property, but that can be from a variety of backgrounds - new homes and retirement living experience is highly desirable, but experience in the estate agency space would also be welcomed*You will need a proven track record in achieving sales and experience of rental would be desirable but is not essential *You will come with an excellent understanding of the home buying process, with extensive experience of working with solicitors, estate agents and third parties*You must have excellent negotiation and customer service skills*You will have strong IT skills and be able to work on a number of different computer programmes including Microsoft Office, Rightmove and CRM systems*You will need to be confident and capable working on your own and managing your own schedule with little supervision, but with great leadership and management input to support your development*You will have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire others (customers, colleagues and stakeholders) and will be able to work collaboratively and supportively as part of a wider, remote teamThis is an exciting opportunity to not only to achieve a high level of job satisfaction in delivering first class retirement living, but also to join a well-established, stable, yet ambitious organisation that is constantly, positively challenging itself.
