What we care about most is developing well-rounded and complete young people moving on from us with confidence, ready for life’s challenges.We are seeking a passionate and inspiring Bursar to play an integral part in the Senior Leadership Team, the staff and the wider community as well as working closely with the Homefield Board of Governance. Reporting to the Head, you will play an integralrole in long-term strategic development and planning of the school as well as leading the entire operations of the school across HR, Finance, Estates, Catering and Cleaning. The Bursar is also responsible to the Chair of Governors for the discharge of theirduties as Clerk to the Governors.The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial acumen, with a relevant qualification and membership, ideally gained within Finance or School Business Management and have a commitment to making a difference. The ability to build relationships and credibilitywith senior stakeholders is key, as is the capability to support multiple teams.The closing date for applications is 6.00pm Wednesday 3rd January 2024.
