Job Description

Cordius are recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer for a well-known windows, doors and conservatories manufacturer based in Sutton-In-Ashfield.Location: Sutton-In-AshfieldSalary: £35,000+Hours: Evening Shift - Mon-Fri, 5pm-1:30amThis is a challenging position where no two days are the same. The successful candidate must have a sound background in working with pneumatic equipment, mechanical fitting, and tool setting. Experience in PLCs and/or CNC programming would be beneficial.Experience required:

  • Low voltage electrical competency with up-to-date relevant qualifications.
  • Carry out fault diagnosis and repairs to manufacturing equipment including such items as saws, corner cleaners, hardware fitting stations, welders, etc.
  • Carry out preventative maintenance and aid with PAT testing.
This is an EVENING SHIFT role, hours for which are 5 pm - 1.30 am, Monday to Friday. Flexibility is required to deal with or finish urgent machinery breakdowns and to assist with any joint maintenance team projects.Benefits:
