I am a lady with Physical disability and sensory impairment. I am looking for 2 Carers and Personal Assistants to help and support me with: Personal care and making meals. Taking me out once a week to access the community and attending hospital appointments when required, which will be longer days due to Ambulance Transport and when we go out it will be 5-6 hours. Other duties are general housework, cleaning, washing, hoovering, ironing etc. Taking my dog out for a walk. Shopping when needed, going to the GP Surgery or Hospital. I need someone who can be flexible, a proactive all-rounder, someone who doesnt mind getting there hands dirty, who is caring, has good family values and a dog lover. Preferred: 2+ years Carers experience and minimum Level 2 Health and Social Care qualifications. The hours I am looking for support are Daily 4-6 hrs approx.
