Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturer of radiographic imaging solutions for the medical, dental and veterinary equipment is looking to hire a Customer Service Assistant Manager (Korean Speaking).Responsibilities:

  • Interfacing with the clients software and practice management systems, training clients on its usage and maintenance.
  • Dealing with service calls by talking clients through a series of actions, either through phone, email or chat to solve a technical issue.
  • Troubleshooting systems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software issues.
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software.
  • Planning and recommending suitable dental imaging infrastructures for clients.
  • Carrying out installations at client practices (will be assisting other CS members initially, later carrying out installations independently).
  • Visiting client practices to conduct service check-ups on the clients dental X-rays and carrying out relevant paper work.
  • Assisting in creating quotation for services and products and other accompanied technical ad ministrative work.
  • Managing stock by ordering and sending products (spare part and accessories) to clients.
  • Managing multiple cases at once.
  • Liaising with Head Quarter on relevant issues and updates.
  • Reporting to Technical Manager on a daily basis
Requirements:
  • 3 or more years of relevant work experience (preferred)
  • Must be fluent in both Korean and English
  • Advanced MS Office (Excel/World), computer, network and maintenance skills.
  • UK Full driving license holder (required)
  • Eligible to full-time work in the UK
  • Travelling is required in the UK / Ireland (mainly), Europe, Africa
  • Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail is important.
  • An alignment to the company ethos of honesty, integrity and loyalty.
  • Must be physically fit to carry out heavy loading and installations of CT machines
