We are developing the service we provide to our patients and are seeking Care Navigators to support patients through the Primary Care Journey. Care Navigators will work closely with the Practice admin team to support and be part of the daily workflow throughthe practice including patient telephone calls, appointment bookings, onward referrals and other areas of general practice admin.The Practice is committed to developing and training staff to their full potential. We are happy to support training and development courses that are appropriate to the role and practice work. We are also a practice that would support those who wish to havecareer progression both within a small business and for those who are looking to broaden their skills for future development.
