Job Description

Complex Care AssistantNG17 area of Nottinghamshire - excellent transport links to A38 and M1.At the request of our client, we require females only for this role.Pay Rate:

  • £10.11 - £10.54 per hour
  • £15.14 - Bank Holidays
  • Weekly Pay
Shift Pattern:
  • 0800 - 0830
  • 1800 - 2200 (a double up call)
  • 2200 - 0800 (a double up call)
Prestige Nursing & Care is look for caring and outgoing Complex Care Assistants to support a female client within the NG17 area of Nottinghamshire. The client has a diagnosis of Parkinsons Disease together with Asthma, Oesophageal Spasms, and experiencesPsychosis. The ideal Care Assistant will have experience working with these conditions, or similar, and will be supported by the branch team to undertake client specific training. Our client lives with a relative and our intervention provides respite for the family member, supports a complex medication regime together with supporting during times of challenging behaviour. All Care Assistants undertake training by branch staffand a nursing team to deliver personalised care for this client.Our client is looking to expand her current team by one or two people; she can be chatty and vibrant, likes to watch tele and enjoys a McDonalds take-away delivery from time to time with the team- and a treat from Birds Bakery! Her current team willalso provide opportunities to work alongside them to provide continuity and allow time for new Care Assistants to learn about the intervention required and to build a relationship with the client and their Next of Kin.We are really looking for experience in Complex Care (over 6 months) and offer full ongoing training for our successful candidates. A driving licence is not essential for this package of care.As a Complex Care Assistant at Prestige, you can look forward to
