Job Description

Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a dynamic, growing, business based in Sutton Coldfield who are looking for 2 customer service advisors to join their team-friendly and dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity with an immediatestart on a Temporary to Permanent basis with flexible working from home. SummaryTo answer calls from customers and dealing with their queries in a timely and professional manner whilst maintaining a high standard of accuracy.Duties & Responsibilities

  • Dealing with calls and emails regarding customer queries
  • Dealing with bookings
  • Advising customers on product information
  • Building strong business relationships
  • Updating CRM database ensuring excellent levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Skills and experience
  • Previous experience gained in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
  • Available immediately
  • Resilient with a self-motivated and driven personality
Package and benefits
  • £9.50 per hour
  • Monday - Friday - 37.5 hours per week
  • Holiday accrued in addition to the hourly rate
  • Free parking
