Warehouse Shift SupervisorAston, BirminghamStarting salary: £27,00007:30am - 16:00pm (Mon - Fri)Due to continued growth our client is looking for an experienced warehouse supervisor to join their team in Birmingham.They are looking for someone to deliver the highest levels of service and quality to the customer. Ensure processes are followed and constantly challenged to deliver the best results for service and cost. Manage performance within the Warehouse Operations todeliver both quality and service to the customer. Challenge self and others to be the best and always strive for excellence, always putting the customer at the centre.Key responsibilities of the Warehouse Shift Supervisor:" Ensure Daily Customer Service Levels are achieved." Ensure Daily Performance and Quality KPIs are achieved" Work with Warehouse Manager to develop Own performance, Team Performance and Processes with the warehouse" Ensure Stock Integrity is maintained to the highest possible standards" Support the implementation of best practice within the department." Deliver Daily Team Briefs" Carry out and Support HR related duties" Complete all daily Put Aways from Goods Inwards." Action all replenishments for customer orders."
