Job Description

Our client are an Erdington based organisation who due to continued expansion are seeking someone to join their organisation to manage and work within the warehouse. Permanent position: £23,500/ £11.30 an hourMonday to Friday daysMust have driving licence The role will be an independent role although you will work very closely with office based staff on a daily basis and you will also be required to occasionally do local drop offs to customers in the area.No prior experience is required as full training will be given and there is lots of opportunity to develop and grow within the role and organisation over time within the office or the warehouse.Main duties of the role will include:

  • Manage the warehouse function and your own work load
  • Goods in and Goods out within the warehouse
  • Picking and packing
  • Updating the systems with order and warehouse stock information
  • Work closely with the administration and office team
  • Driving locally to do occasionally drop offs within the area
Skills and Experience required
  • No prior experience is required but you will have a can do attitude and be willing to learn
  • You must have a full UK drivers licence due to being required to drive within the role
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good communication skills and a team player
