Job Description

Teaching Assistant | Birmingham B75 Sutton Coldfield | £85 - £95 Per Day | Term Time Only | ASAP start Were looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming partner primary school located in the Birmingham B75, Sutton Coldfield area. You will have the rewarding opportunity to make a significant contribution to the developmentand success of students who need additional support during their educational journeys. The school is looking for a Teaching Assistant to support learners on a 1-1 and small group basis.Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1-1 support to students with special educational needs
  • Collaborate with teachers to promote positive behaviours and outcomes
  • Contribute to creating a positive and nurturing learning environment
  • Collaborate with other professionals to work towards the best outcomes for students
  • Encourage active participation and engagement with learning
  • Support students with their overall wellbeing by delivering targeted interventions to support learning and development
  • Communicate effectively with students and staff
The ideal candidate will:
  • Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification/degree
  • Have experience of working with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Have a passion for helping children to overcome challenges and reach their full potential
