Job Description

Our Client is one of the UKs leading online and retail jewellers based in North Birmingham. Still independently owned and established for over 28 years, they are looking to recruit a Stock Control Co-Ordinator to join their busy team.As the Stock Control Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • This role will include assisting with the Sales and Compliance Administration
  • Working alongside the Goods inwards team the role is to be responsible for co-ordinating all product stock
  • Dealing with the delivery of stock against purchase orders
  • Allocation of stock to client orders with a high level of accuracy
  • Internal stock adjustments using Word, Excel and an in-house CRM system
  • Managing dispatch schedules for customers
  • Pricing of products before uploading on the website
  • Liaising with the Ecommerce department regarding new product launches and promotions
  • Maintaining minimum stock level requirements and ordering from suppliers
  • Liaising with all departments to provide up to date information on stock delays
    • The successful candidate for the role of Stock Control Co-Ordinator will have:
  • Efficient with a detailed and analytical approach to their work.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Experience of working in a similar inventory management role using inventory software
  • Used to working in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess excellent analytical and numeracy skills
  • Have an outstanding working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Training will be given on inhouse software
    • In return the Stock Control Co-Ordinator will receive a basic salary of £22,000 - £25,000pa. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm plus 25 days annual leave.Please Note: We do not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
