Green and Company are looking for a Sales Progressor based at our successful Walmley office. The ideal candidate must have estate agency experience or will have worked as a law firm conveyancer.The job involves liaising with sellers, buyers, solicitors/conveyancers, mortgage advisers, estate agents and lending institutions with the primary goal of proceeding sales to completion of contracts. Customer service skills are of paramount importance,as well as the ability to manage clients expectations, listen to clients and act accordingly and have excellent diary management skills.This is a full-time role in addition to working one in four Saturdays. You will receive a basic salary and commission on all completed property transactions.If you have what it takes to help sellers and buyers proceed to completion of contracts and work within a team environment, this could be a role for you, and we would like to hear from you.
