Job Description

Established for over 30 years, this company is experiencing a period of sustained growth and is expanding across the globe, which means there’s a seat waiting for a proactive and ambitious Sales Executive who has a proven track record of converting incoming queries into sales.This is a standout opportunity within a company that boasts a fantastic reputation and continues to grow and thrive. Managing your own sales activity, you’ll join a welcoming team that is spearheaded by a tenacious and personable Sales Manager who you willhave the full support of. As you’ll be tasked with successfully closing sales, this role is suited to a Sales Executive or Telesales Executive who is confident identifying opportunities and building connections over the phone, if that sounds like you, thenwe’d be keen to hear from you!The Offer:

  • Work Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 5pm on a Friday
  • Salary guide: £25,000 to £28,000 with a performance related bonus between £1,000 and £4,000 per year
  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown
  • Access to a pension scheme
  • Performance related bonus scheme between £1000 and £4000 per year
Responsibilities:
  • Build a healthy sales pipeline by maintaining regular contact and proactively reaching out to existing customers to identify further opportunities
  • Own and make a success of your sales pipeline by following up on quotations and incoming enquiries, successfully closing sales and maximising existing accounts
  • Strategically approach sales through clever sales initiatives and marketing activity, using the CRM to your advantage
  • Maintain the CRM database, updating it with all relevant sales activity and diarising follow-up calls with prospective customers
  • Report to the Sales Manager, sharing feedback and insights, and providing reports on all activity
Skills and Experience:
  • Experience gained within a sales environment, either as a Sales Administrator who is looking for the next step up or as a Telesales or Sales Executive looking for a new challenge
  • Confident in identifying new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities and happy to target customers
  • Strong communication skills, able to clearly articulate yourself and demonstrate a confident and professional telephone manner
  • Warm and upbeat in your approach, yet tenacious and motivated
  • Demonstrates a stable career to date and is keen to progress
