Job Description

Sales Executive Sutton Coldfield£20,000 pa One of the most well established water treatment companies in the whole of the UK is currently looking to recruit a talented sales executive to work within their busy Tamworth based sales office. Our client provides high quality water hygiene and legionellaprevention services to over 2000 sites across the country and are committed to a vision of being the best supplier in the eyes of all of their thousands of varied customers.As a sales executive you will enable the continued growth of the business by providing a friendly customer focused service to all new and existing clients in a speedy and efficient manner working towards KPIs and selected targets.This is an exciting opportunity for a hard working and highly organised customer service professional to join a fun and attentive office team.Key Duties & Tasks of a Sales Executive:

  • Dealing with client complaints.
  • Respond to clients order queries.
  • Pro-actively generating new opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Ensuring compliance for selected accounts.
  • Producing and following up on quotations.
  • Processing orders and transactions.
  • Taking inbound calls driven by marketing.
  • Recalling services for existing clients.
  • Making proactive sales calls from an existing database.
Essential Skills of a Sales Executive:
  • You must be ambitious, and target driven with a "can do" attitude.
  • You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Confidence while on phone calls is essential and the ability to build rapport.
  • Ideally highly organised with a keen attention to detail
  • Customer service focused whilst being a strong team player
  • Knowledge of MS Office suites (excel, word, powerpoint)
Additional Skills:
  • B2B sales experience will be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of water hygiene and ACoP L8 and HSG 274 will be a huge advantage.
The successful candidate will be joining a friendly team of professionals all driven to deliver exceptional customer service to all customers and clients.
