Job Description

Sales AdministratorWe are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our Sutton Coldfield based client. This rapidly growing business is looking to extend their dedicated and focused team. As the Sales Administrator you will perform clerical duties alongside the sales team.If you are someone with strong customer service experience including dealing with sales orders and accounts, then this could be the role for you!As a Sales Administrator you will need to have/be:

  • Computer literate, including proficiency with email and MS Office
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work co-operatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies
  • Ability to act and operate independently
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
Details:
  • Salary: up to £20, 000
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
  • Location: Sutton Coldfield
  • Duration: Permanent
Role of Sales Administrator:
  • Processing and scheduling of customer orders efficiently
  • Raising sales orders ensuring accuracy
  • Creating dispatch labels for outgoing goods
  • Answering sales/enquiry calls
  • Processing forecasted orders onto the order system to provide visibility to supply/purchasing department
  • Delivering a high level of customer service
  • Responding to email enquiries
  • Building relationships with customers
  • Liaising with customers to update on delays/shortages/ delivery dates
  • Completing general administration duties
  • Ensuring that all orders have the necessary PO numbers and are ready for invoicing once the job has been completed
  • Working co-operatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and external agencies including sub-contractors
  • Working with accounts, helping to chase outstanding debts
  • Ensuring that all invoices are processed in a timely manner upon completion of the work
  • Managing the invoicing of sim data, updating a calendar and re-invoicing as necessary.
