Job Description

Key Responsibilities of a Scheduling Manager:

  • Leadership Excellence: Provide guidance and support to a team of three Care Coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Optimize Scheduling: Streamline and enhance scheduling processes to ensure optimal allocation of resources and improved service delivery.
  • Coordinate Care Strategies: Collaborate with Care Coordinators, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to develop and implement comprehensive care strategies.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of care coordination, implementing improvements to elevate patient outcomes.
  • Compliance Focus: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies, championing a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Team Development: Actively engage in the recruitment, training, and performance management of Care Coordinators to build a highly skilled and motivated team.
Scheduling Manager Requirements:
  • Proven Leadership Experience: Previous managerial experience in care coordination or a related healthcare setting.
  • Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication abilities to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to optimize scheduling processes.
  • Compassionate Approach: A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
