ICA is one of them!International Compliance Association (ICA) deliver training worldwide which leads to the award of ICAs professional qualifications in governance, risk and compliance, anti money laundering and financial crime prevention.Main Purpose of RoleThe main purpose of the role is to work as part of the operational team ensuring training programmes are of high quality and delivered to an excellent standard, whether an individual is studying with face-to-face tuition, on-line or as part of a team in-house. The Programme Co-ordinator is central to the smooth and efficient running of the programme from initial enquiry through to assessment. Following the operational processes and ensuring excellent customer service is achieved. Student Management:- Maintaining a high level of customer support at all times via email, Live Chat and telephone.- Processing enrolments & following up all prospective enquires- Attending marketing events and to follow up with any enquiries generated either before or after the event.- Enrolling students on to their Learning Management System (LMS) providing student support to students throughout their studies - Liaising with external partners Event Management:- organising the day to day administration of the programme - processing programme enrolments- ensuring workshops are not under or oversubscribed and that workshop materials which accompany the programme are up to date and arrive in a timely manner- ensuring exam venues are in place and deal with any general enquiries and process any invoices as required.- collation of workshop feedback and producing feedback reports for circulation to Training and Education Team. - Support Programme Managers in managing end of course assessment feedback process- collating management information- arranging review meetings and setting targets for improvement.- You may be required to attend off site workshops and events which may include travel outside of normal office hours.Skills and Experience Required- Experience in the same or similar role- Excellent oral and written communication (professional telephone manner)- Excellent organisation and time management - Accuracy and consistency - Flexibility and ability to multi-task- Reliable and confident- Proactive- High productivity- Sound academic background"We are committed to equality, equality of opportunity and valuing diversity"
