Production Team Leader£26,500Minworth07:30am - 16:00pmAre you seeking for the opportunity to join an award-winning company Previous experience of working as a Production Team Leader This is the perfect opportunity for you.Our client is a global market leader in metallic raw material supply chain solutions and are actively looking for a Production Team Leader to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.Roles and responsibilities of the Production Team Leader:" Works closely with the Production Manager on all Operational Issues" Monitors and ensures KPIS are met" Ensure customer satisfaction is met" Control cost attributed to your area of responsibility to maximize profits" Contribute to the facility and operational improvements" Planning and organizing production schedules" Time and attendance management for all staff under your area of responsibility" Work with the perpetual inventory team to ensure stock accuracy, and complete daily cycle counts when requiredSkills and attributes required of the Production Team Leader:" Knowledge of working in a production environment." Previous team leading experience" Strong IT skills - Word and Excel and the ability to easily adapt to new systems / packages."
