Job Description

SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Payroll & Accounts Assistant, for an exciting temporary opportunity based in Sutton Coldfield, with a view to start immediately. This role has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate. To be considered for this opportunity you must be able to start immediately. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • End to end payroll for c.100+ employees
  • Daily bank reconciliations and cash allocations
  • Chasing aged debt
  • Raising manual sales invoices
    • This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll & Accounts Assistant, who can come in and hit the ground running. There is opportunity for this role to develop if the right candidate is considered for a permanent opportunity. You must have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to manage and prioritise your workload, have strong attention to detail and be proficient in working with KRONOS and Excel (to pivot table/vlookup level). My client is a rapidly developing business based in Sutton Coldfield with an open and friendly culture. This business is easily accessible by public transport, offers on site parking,. The role will be an office based role, Full time hours.
