As they continuethe expansion of their family owned business , Evolution Vaping are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Group Management Accountant to join the team and contribute to their success overseeing 3 companiesJob Title: Group Management AccountantCompany: Evolution VapingLocation: Sutton Coldfield B76 1ALEmployment Type: Full-Time, On-SiteSalary: Up to £40,000Position Overview:As a Group Management Accountant at Evolution Vaping, you will play a crucial role in supporting month-end processes, business partnering with Directors, and conducting in-depth monthly analysis of financial data. This role also involves generating weeklyflash sales reports, performing trend analysis, handling quarterly VAT returns, and managing journals, accruals, and prepayments.Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with Directors and external accountants to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Deep Dive Analysis: Conduct monthly deep dive analysis on financial data, identifying trends and providing actionable insights.
Sales Reporting: Generate weekly flash reports to track performance and support data-driven decision-making.
Trend Analysis: Analyse financial trends to provide valuable insights into business performance.
Month-End Support: Assist in month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
VAT Returns: Manage and ensure the accuracy of quarterly VAT returns.
Journals, Accruals, and Prepayments: Handle day-to-day financial operations, including the preparation of journals, accruals, and prepayments.
Year end Accounting

Qualifications & Background:

Professional Qualification: AAT or Studying towards Professional Qualifications ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
Experience: Proven experience as a Management Accountant in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with Directors and cross-functional teams.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
Anybody with a retail or manufacturing background would be advantageous.
