Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Education Professional in Sutton Coldfield! Join our team at a well-known Primary School with an OFSTED rating of "GOOD." This school emphasises student responsibility for learning, supported by highly encouraging staff.As a committed candidate, youll collaborate with colleagues and external professionals in a welcoming environment.About the Role:Utilise your expertise to effectively support students in achieving their learning goals. Work closely with the class teacher and teaching assistants to provide tailored support, maintaining a purposeful environment that fosters inclusion and growth. Keyresponsibilities include:

  • Supporting and supervising individuals, small groups, or the entire class during activities.
  • Implementing lesson plans, preparing resources, and assisting in lesson execution.
  • Providing regular feedback on student achievement and progress to teachers.
  • Modelling and promoting positive behaviour, using appropriate communication skills.
  • Following and contributing to the schools behaviour policy, managing challenging behaviour.
  • Establishing constructive relationships with colleagues, external professionals, and parents.
This full-time role runs from 8:15 am to 3:40 pm, Monday to Friday.
