Job Description

As an eCommerce Executive, you will be reporting directly to the Head of Ecommerce and Marketing, responsible for reviewing how their products are listed across their partner sites to help identify opportunities and improve visibility across display sites,landing pages, SEO & navigation hierarchy ensuring their websites and marketplaces are optimised to maximise conversions through a variety of activities.Client DetailsA well established furniture manufacturer with a history spanning over 100 years who supply to some well known retailers across the UK.They have a great culture and environment and is an organisation that produce their employees with a great team environment but also opportunities to develop a long term career.DescriptionDuties will include but are not limited to;

  • Maintain accurate pricing and product information, including timely updates to promotions, out of stock or discontinued items and implementing the campaign strategy around new product introductions and key deal events (e.g., Prime Day or Black Friday)
  • Assisting in implementing advertising strategy for Amazon, Wayfair, and other key e-commerce partners.
  • Define clear KPIs and produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to evaluate pricing, product, campaigns, and promotions performance and improve future decision making.
  • Range Extension: support your Line Manager to help identify opportunities to extend their range to drive more volume & increase our market share.
  • Review e-commerce fulfilment and critical metrics and address real-time issues (e.g., delivery delays, returns increases) to the appropriate teams to action (e.g., customer communication, product quality, warehouse).
  • Youll help maintain excellent working relationships with all eCommerce accounts and be a point of contact regarding queries, concerns, and issues.
  • Creating and implementing the eCommerce promotions and ensuring the prices are accurate, up to date and in line with the trading calendar.
  • Analyse trends in consumer searches and convert this into action by adapting advertising and content strategy.
  • Optimise continually brand content and product listings (e.g., brand stores) in close collaboration with content and external partners.
  • Conduct various analyses & generate insights to feed their marketing team to drive content & ads improvement
ProfileTo be considered for this role, you must;- Have previous experience within a similar role, ideally 2 years within ecommerce or digital role- Have working knowledge of managing Marketplaces, i.e. Amazon, ebay or Wayfair- Have working knowledge of Google Analytics- Possess strong communication skills both verbally and writtenJob Offer£25,000-£28,000 + start date asap + hybrid working + great company benefits + full training provided
