Job Description

Role - BookkeeperLocation - Minworth, Sutton ColdfieldTerm - Perm RoleSalary -28-32kpaOffice Based (Negotiable)Overviewgreenwellgleeson are Exclusively recruiting a Bookkeeper for a Growing business based in Minworth, Sutton Coldfield. This opportunity is great for someone with Bookkeeping History who has the Experience and confidence to deal with a Fast-Paced environment.Role Responsibilities will include

  • Ensure the ongoing maintenance of the accounts and records of the company
  • Produce Sales and Purchase ledgers and ensure timely communication to management
  • Process weekly payroll in conjunction with HR
  • Produce Full management accounts, including P&L, balance and full balance sheet reconciliations
  • Monitor Cashflow
  • Dealing with Monthly VAT Returns
  • Credit Control
  • Dealing with Nominal Journals
  • Other Ad-hoc duties upon request from senior Management
Other
  • 4-6 Years Previous Experience in Bookkeeper role
  • Knowledge of Xero Accounts Systems
  • Good Excel skills
  • Dynamic, positive worker with a Can-Do attitude
  • Good Communication skills
