You can view our YouTube video to see more about our workJob descriptionThe ChallengeThis role is based within the Data Analytics & Insight (DA&I), which leads on the delivery and oversight of bespoke analytical projects to support evidence-based decision making in DIO. Asset Information Management (AIM) assures integrity across systems during the lifecycle of an asset. The AIM team are tasked with managing this data so that it can be understood, shared, protected and used efficiently. Reporting to the Senior Asset Information Manager, the Asset Information Manager is an important role that has responsibility for supporting the management of the AIM function within DIO. This role has responsibility for day-to-day activities that support the organisations AIM processes, information readiness and application of standards.ResponsibilitiesMain ResponsibilitiesThe Asset Information Manager is responsible for establishing cultural and information changes within the organisation in order for DIO to maximise the exploitation of its asset information. • Embedding Information Management policies and standards across the organisation • Promote the management and use of Asset Information across DIO • Establish, maintain and communicate the Asset Information processes • Support changes to the Asset Information Management practices • Monitor Asset Information Management activities against milestones • Deliver the Information training and awareness programme to DIO Desirable Experience & SkillsExperience of working with an Asset Information Management Function is desirable.BehavioursWell assess you against these behaviours during the selection process:
