Job Description

Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an independent business based in Sutton Coldfield. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established business as Administrator on a full-time permanent basis. Summary Supporting customers, clients and the office manager in an all-round administration support role.Duties & Responsibilities

  • Dealing with and responding to customer and clients calls and emails
  • Processing orders and organising deliveries
  • Dealing with returns and faults
  • Raising invoices onto Sage
  • Chasing outstanding payments
  • Scanning and filing of documents
  • Ensuring process and procedures are followed
Skills and experience
  • Previous administration experience
  • Personable and professional
  • Flexible and adaptable, understanding what to prioritise in this varied role
  • Be accurate and efficient at all times
  • Good knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel and Sage
Package and benefits
  • 9am -5pm Monday - Friday
  • 28 days holiday inclusive of BH
