  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Dealing with inbound calls, monitoring emails and correspondence
  • Sales Orders
  • Inputting data onto the system
  • Data entry
  • Forwarding messages as necessary,
  • Dealing with enquiries from customers,
  • Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
  • Excel knowledge
  • Providing a 5-star service
  • Ideal candidate must have great communication skills
  • Be able to think on their feet and work in a fast-paced environment
