Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity to work in a thriving and growing business in Sutton Coldfield as an Administration Apprentice. This role offers hybrid working.Summary You will be offering full administration support to a busy sales teamDuties & Responsibilities

  • Processing data on CRM database, ensuring excellent levels of accuracy
  • Typing and editing of correspondence
  • Answering and dealing with calls in a professional manner, taking messages where necessary
  • Maintaining management reports on MS Excel
  • Supporting marketing executive
Skills and experience
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Excellent spelling and grammar
  • Excellent levels of accuracy
  • Excel, Word and CRM knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
