Job Description

Account manager required to join an highly reputable organisation, with an enviable customer base specialising in selling software solutions and services primarily focusing on payroll and account solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for the rightperson to step into and take on the responsibility of increasing sales, handling your own workload all for a company who offers an array of services for their customers which includes implementation, training, support and development.Benefits include

  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Experience in a professional services/software sales environment
  • Ability to track and maintain sales pipeline
  • Strong negotiation skills
As an Account manager you will be responsible for
  • Renewing key customer contracts while actively advocating other services and add ons
  • Working along side marketing team to increase brand and services recognition
  • Following up on leads and referrals
  • Completing sales and negotiations
  • Developing new business relationships and enhancing existing
  • Attaining an excellent understanding of the services and products that are provided to become a subject matter expert
To be considered for this role you must have :
  • Professional services/software sales or telemarketer experience
  • Live within a commutable distance to Sutton Coldfield
  • Ability to work in a KPI driven environment
