Job Title:VNOC EngineerLocation: EghamRole OverviewThe main role is to be responsible for maintaining high levels of Customer service through helpdesk and remote technical support. The role requires developing and sustaining excellent customer relations whilst providing first class remote technical support for immediate fault resolution to client’s satisfaction whilst ensuring the commercial impact of the account is upheld.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical response to fault tickets received into the global helpdeskReceiving direct phone and email support request from clientsRemote technical diagnosis and fault resolutionIf resolution cannot be achieved, then accurate qualification of fault prior to engineering call outOpening tickets with 3rd party suppliers/manufacturers for support and RMA’sLiaison with internal departments such as programming and commissioning teamsAccurate recording of case notesAsset managementDesirable SkillsAV/VCVNOC, onsite or field engineering technical experienceProduct knowledge on VC system including Polycom and CiscoKnowledge of Crestron/AMX products and control systemsKnowledge of digital signage including Exterity and TripleplayAudio DSP’s knowledge including Qsys, PolycomSoundstructure, Tesira and ClearoneKnowledge on AV system set up including switchers, displays and signal routing.
