Job Description

For: Surveyor/Analyst Meyer Scott Ref: VR/08163PermanentSurrey (QU21)Salary: £28,000K - £34,000K Dependant on where you live, which qualifications you have and the number of years of experience you have. Our client are looking for Surveyors for various area so it is likely that you will reside in any of the following: Cambridge & surrounding, Peterborough, Corby, Kettering, Northampton, Middlesex, Surrey, Kent or Essex.Please note you will be attend client visits from your home location covering a specific areaOur client comes with 30 years experience in the industry. We are looking for a dual trained Asbestos Surveyor / Analysts, from various locations, to join their growing team.The ideal candidate will have at least 18 months experience as a surveyor and analyst.The role offers fantastic opportunities for progression and development which are available to the right candidate, this may include a secondment a few days a week with a leading client to assist with project planning, remediation policies and contractor audits.Qualifications

  • P402 or RSPH Level 3 Award in Asbestos Surveying
  • P403/4 or RSPH Level 3 Award in Asbestos Air Monitoring and Clearance Procedures.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Management, refurbishment, demolition surveys and re-inspections on domestic and commercial buildings
  • All types of PCM air testing including four stage clearances
  • Writing and delivering accurate reports
  • Completing all work in accordance to Health and Safety regulations
  • Delivering excellent customer service to clients at all levels
  • Working across the REGION, travel further afield may be required occasionally
  • Working closely with the administrative team
