Job Description

One of our key clients who is a leader within their industry is seeking a Sitecore Back End .Net Developer to join their expending team. In these unprecedented times we are facing, our client is a very strong position to move their business to the next level and this will be a great opportunity to be part of that movement.PRIMARY JOB PURPOSE

  • As an experienced Developer youll be a key member working within an Agile team and youll be responsible for the production, modification and maintenance of content managed, and database driven websites, web applications and web application user interfaces.
  • Responsible for leading back-end development strategy, maintaining and improving the Groups website, increasing efficacy of output, optimising applications for maximum speed and producing high quality of work.
  • You will be responsible for managing and setting back end development standards for third party agencies and delivery of all back end technical aspects of the Groups website and digital marketing activities to enhance market-leading position within its sector.
    • ESSENTIAL SKILLS
  • Extensive experience of ASP.NET web development and C#
  • Various CMS experience especially Sitecore
  • Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA) or Sitecore JavaScript Services (JSS)
  • Visual Studio
  • NodeJS, jQuery, ReactJS
  • Jira, Confluence
  • Microsoft Azure Cloud
  • Source control Git, BitBucket
  • BrowserStack
  • TeamCity and Octopus Deploy
  • Understanding of RESTful web services, SOA, Redis, and microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of SQL fundamentals, MS SQL Server, Solr, database architecture and design
  • OOP/OOD skills, understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles
  • Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD methodologies and technologies (appreciated)
  • Multi-threaded application developmentandasync programming (appreciated)
  • CI/CD, Shell Scripting (appreciated)
  • Messaging Queues (appreciated)
  • Good Experience of HTML, CSS, JS, Yarn
