Job Description

A London based fast growing D&B fit-out contractor is currently looking for a Site Manager with experience delivering Cat B and Design and Build packages up to £500k.The successful Site Manager will have experience working within the commercial office fit-out industry across Cat B and D&B projects within the South East market on projects up to £500k.Site Manager RoleAs a Site Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the project as the number one, reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager.The successful candidate will be willing to work on a freelance basis between 3 and 6 months.Site Manager Requirements

  • Experience working on commercial fit-out projects (Cat B & D&B)
  • Reviewing scopes of work
  • Experience working within the London and Surrey market
  • Manage all site resources and report on all site activities
  • Health & Safety Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience working in the commercial fit-out sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
