Senior Recruitment Consultant - SurreyAfter a period of significant growth across our Engineering & Manufacturing division, Volt are looking for an experienced 360 recruiter to join our successful industry practice. This role will suit an experienced consultant with 2-5 years experience, someone who is comfortable with new business development and candidate generation, along with the full recruitment lifecycle.Within this role the successful candidate must have proven ability to understand business needs and to assimilate information in order to identify and manage risk. They must also be competent around managing recruitment resources together with the ability to motivate and influence through excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. As the successful candidate, you will thrive on engaging with clients and candidates, discussing current topics and sharing relevant market knowledge across Engineering and Manufacturing, most importantly assisting both our customers and candidates to achieve their potential, and meeting sales targets.Responsibilities and attributes for this position include:*Achieve set targets to ensure that clients and candidates are receiving the best quality service*Develop new business opportunities in your defined industry area*Account manage a portfolio of clients*Develop new and existing client relationships through client meetings and networking*You like being successful, completing a task to the best of your ability*You have a positive, resilient mindset and attitude.
