Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our client in Surrey.A rapidly expanding global services company are looking to hire a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join their newly established software and IT function.The ideal individual will have a true passion for programming and will be looking for a full-time permanent position.Duties and skills of the Senior Full Stack Developer include:

  • Playing a key role in the development of the firms bespoke application
  • Developing a multi-tier REST API with an Angular front end and integrations to external systems
  • Partnering with a team of contracted developers and product development managers
  • Previous experience delivering major software development projects
  • Highly knowledgeable on the concepts of software engineering and computer science
  • Proven experience in developing single-page web applications, ideally with Angular
  • Excellent skills and experience in PHP and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of the software development life-cycle
  • Experience with tools required to support continuous integration, continuous deployment, and infrastructure as code
  • Ability to write code that is easy to test, to write unit tests for individual components and acceptance tests for each new feature
  • Familiar with the secure use of ALB, CloudFront, ECS, Elasticsearch, KMS, S3
  • AWS RDS (MySQL and/or Amazon Aurora)
    • Desirable experience:
  • Angular

  • DynamoDB (Mongo)
  • Angular, and/or NodeJS
  • AWS Development tools and services - AWS Cognito, AWS API gateway, AWS Lambda, AWS CodeDeploy, AWS CodeCommit
