At Index property Information we are seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious, and hardworking Search Agent to join our team. This is a great opportunity for either an experienced Search Agent to bring their skillset and their ideas to a new team OR this role is for someone who has the ability and drive to train to be an A* Search Agent!This fantastic role has a salary range of £18,000 - £28,000 (depending on skills and experience), is based in our Lightwater office in Surrey, is a full-time position and you must hold a full UK driving licence.About the companyAs a company, we are a unique provider of Conveyancing searches and reports to the property Industry. Along with Stanley Davis Group, we both form a portfolio of UK companies recently acquired by Dye & Durham Corporation, a Toronto based provider of cloud-based Software and Technology Solutions.This role will report into the Search Team Manager and will be part of our very busy team of other Searchers and Administrators. Our team work closely with every Local Authorities in England and Wales, where we provide both Regulated (Personal) and Council (Official) Local Searches as well as all other reports required by Solicitors and Conveyancers.About the role The role of the Search Agent plays a key part of partnering closely with the internal Search Administrators, Solicitors, and the local Councils. This role consists of typing up accurate reports from data given by Land Charges, Planning, Building Regulations etc. You will manage and input all of the data into our CMS system and be expected to answer all client queries and help-out with other tasks as and when required across the team.About the personTo be a successful candidate for this role you need to have experience of working in a fast pace environment where you are juggling many different aspects of your day! You need to be able to demonstrate that you can manage your time effectively, you have excellent attention to detail and you can confidently solve problems with ease.
