Job Description

Are you a dedicated and reliable individual looking to make a positive impact in a school community Join a school, nestled in the beautiful county of Surrey, as an Evening Caretaker.Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the security and safety of the school premises during evening hours
  • Conduct routine checks to identify and address maintenance issues promptly
  • Set up and secure rooms for evening events and activities
  • Monitor and control access to the school premises
  • Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a clean and orderly environment
  • Respond to any emergencies or incidents that may arise during the evening
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience in a caretaker or facilities management role is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Flexibility to work evening hours, with occasional weekends
