Job Description

Are you an experienced Estates Manager with a passion for maintaining top-tier educational facilities Join a dynamic team, located in the charming surroundings of Surrey, and play a pivotal role in shaping a conducive learning environment.IOSH, NEBOSH or similar H&S advanced qualification and relevant estates management experience preferred.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the schools estate, ensuring it meets the highest standards of safety, functionality, and aesthetics
  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for buildings, grounds, and equipment
  • Collaborate with external contractors and service providers to execute necessary repairs and renovations
  • Manage budgets related to maintenance and facilities, seeking cost-effective solutions
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address issues proactively
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental standards
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in estates or facilities management, preferably within an educational setting
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
