At Surrey County Council we are undertaking an ambitious Transformation Project to ensure that all those who could benefit from promoting their independence have the opportunity to do so though our county wide reablement offer. As part of this project we are launching a new Therapy Led Mental Health Reablement pilot.Initially based within the Woking area, the post will collaborate with the Integrated GPIMHS Team supporting the wider Health & Social Care Integration agenda.The post will be on a one year fixed term contract with scope to extend to a permanent role based on the outcome of the pilot.The role sites within the Service Delivery Management Team, which is part of the Health, Wellbeing and Adult Social Care Directorate and will work jointly with the Surrey County Council Enabling Independence Service and the In-House Reablement Service.We are looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and flexible Occupational Therapist who is keen to develop their own skills and that of the wider team.
