HugLeo Investments is looking for its next recruitment partner to set-up and run our Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Life Sciences recruitment business. The success of our partnerships rests purely on attracting and supporting skilled, entrepreneurial and passionate individuals.The right individual must have experience with an excellent track record. We will provide all funding and professional expertise in order to get up and running very quickly.We provide a basic salary of £36,000 per year - with profit share you should be into a six-figure package within your first year.You are a director from day one with a 25% shareholding and after two years of trading your shareholding is increased to 35%.We have a clear strategy for growing the business and would within 5 years we would have built a number of offices around the UK and the US to enable us to look at disposing the business of which you will receive 35% share of sale proceedsIf interested or would like to find out more please don’t hesitate to contact us even if it’s just to get ideas about how you could set-up on your own, we won’t be offended, we believe in encouraging entrepreneurialism
