Job Description

Pensions & Benefits Administrator Alexander Lloyd is partnered with an In-house Pensions & Benefits firm in Surrey who are looking to recruit for a Pensions & Benefits Administrator on a 12-month FTC (Maternity Cover). This is a hybrid position, 1x day a week in the office.About the role; The successful candidate will be joining a small in-house team and responsible for administering Pensions & Employee Benefits arrangements, this will include Pensions (Defined Contributions), Healthcare and Flexible Benefits.Pensions Administration tasks;

  • Processing monthly auto-enrolment and contributions
  • Updating and maintaining records are up to date
  • Processing monthly payroll changes
  • Supporting the Pension mailbox and dealing with enquires in a timely manor.
Benefits Administration tasks;
  • Processing monthly joiners & leavers and changes for Employee Benefits programme including, but not limited to: healthcare scheme, health screening benefit, childcare vouchers, gym memberships, give as you earn, long service awards, company cars, onlinediscounts and legacy TUPE Schemes such as healthcare cash plans.
  • Manage the MyBenefits and Recognition email inboxes ensuring that quires are responded to in a timely manor.
  • Liaising with Trustees in relation to healthcare schemes
  • Assisting with the healthcare annual renewal process
Skills and Competencies were looking for;
  • Employee Benefits Administration (Defined Contributions, Healthcare and Flexible Benefits)
  • Strong excel skills - someone who can do pivot tables, formulas, vlook ups, Charts etc.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Someone who can hit the ground running, be proactive and use their initiative.
