Permanent candidates on a notice period should also apply.Client DetailsOur client, a successful, well known business is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their Accountancy team in Farnham.DescriptionPayroll Specialist - FarnhamEnsuring all allocated payrolls are produced (planned, completed & validated) both accurately and on timeUsing your professional judgement escalate and make the Head of Payroll aware of issues as they arise during the payroll processing cycleEnsure all variable pay instructions from T&A or other means is processedMaintain T&A for changes in working patterns, Joiners and LeaversProcess Salary Sacrifice deductions whilst maintaining Minimum Wage ComplianceProducing and submitting BACS and any 3rd party payment filesComply with all statutory guidance both existing and future changes i.e. calculations for holidays, SMP, SSP, SPP, P11D and P60sProcessing HMRC year end, RTI and pension auto-enrolment filesProducing, validating and sharing payroll outputs including payslips, KPIs and MI reportsUsing your experience process and manage data from the different stages of the business This will include data cleansing, GDPR compliance, document retention and handlingCommunicating pro-actively to customers and responding to queries in a professional and timely mannerPro-actively making recommendations for improvements to existing processes to ensure they are legal, efficient, robust and mitigate risk to the businessTo support the effective implementation of payroll projects to drive continuous process improvements to make the payroll operation as efficient as possibleSupport the development of training materials, user guides and policies to support new and existing processesProfileA successful candidate will be available on short notice, have experience with the above & in an ideal world used ResourceLink Job OfferSalary £35,000 - £45,000
